Description of problem: The RPM redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.3.x86_64.rpm is missing 69.pem which is causing issues for customers trying to upgrade. Download redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.3.x86_64.rpm 2. Run rpm -ql redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.3.x86_64.rpm 3. Observe that 69. does not exist. Actual results: /etc/issue /etc/issue.net /etc/os-release /etc/pki/product-default /etc/pki/rpm-gpg /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-beta /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-legacy-former /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-legacy-release /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-legacy-rhx /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release /etc/redhat-release /etc/rpm/macros.dist /etc/system-release /etc/system-release-cpe /usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/85-display-manager.preset /usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/90-default.preset /usr/share/doc/redhat-release-server-7.4 /usr/share/doc/redhat-release-server-7.4/RETIREMENT-NOTICE.txt /usr/share/doc/redhat-release/GPL /usr/share/redhat-release/EULA Expected results: Same as above but with 69.pem being available. Additional info: Customer is trying to upgrade their packages but it rolls back since 69.pem is missing.
