Description of problem:
  This package prevent upgrade from Fedora 29 to Fedora 30.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  gnome-code-assistance-3.16.1-13

How reproducible:
  Run dist-upgrade

Steps to Reproduce:
  sudo dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --releasever=30 --setopt='module_platform_id=platform:f30' --enablerepo=*ing

Actual results:
  Problem: problem with installed package gnome-code-assistance-3.16.1-13.fc29.x86_64
   - package gnome-code-assistance-3.16.1-13.fc29.x86_64 requires libvala-0.42.so.0()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
   - vala-0.42.6-1.fc29.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository

Expected results:
  Successful upgrade to Fedora 30

Uninstalling gnome-code-assistance allowed me to continue with the install.

Yep. I did the same and upgraded 10 days ago. 😊 But this probably should been fixed anyway. Seems like guys patching it every time when major update happens.
