The name of the built package doesn't follow Fedora's standards. It is an application and thus it should be called "black", not "python3-black". If you agree, I can sand a backwards compatible pull request.
(Also note that I was looking into packaging black and found this package, I'd be happy to co-maintain.)
I neither mind a co-maintainer nor renaming the package. What about the dist-git and BZ component? Do you want to rename them, too?
