Satellite6.4.2 candlepin log

Comment 4 Barnaby Court 2019-04-03 16:56:42 UTC
This is an asynchronous process. It takes time for virt-who to collect the data, then send the report to candlepin, & for katello to process the results of the report.

Comment 5 Barnaby Court 2019-04-03 16:57:47 UTC
If the information is never flowing through then there would be a problem that we would want to fix. In that case we would need the logs from virt-who, from satellite, and from candlepin running inside the satellite.
