I felt so free to add the upstream project psi-im (package name in Fedora known as psi) to anitya to automatically get notified about new releases. Please be also aware upstream announces version 2.0 upcoming. https://github.com/psi-im/psi/blob/master/CHANGELOG As the maintainer of psi-plus (a fork of psi-im with additional patches, skins, icons and language files etc.), I'm going to update the psi-plus package to version 1.4. Please keep the psi package in series with same version.
