+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #170036 +++

Upstream has added a fix which ensure that DSA signing computations are constant
time, the previous fix doesn't seem to have been complete:

openssl097a-0.9.7a-3.1 openssl-0.9.7f-7.10 has been pushed for FC4, which should resolve this issue.  If these problems are still present in this version, then please make note of it in this bug report.
