SSIA -- "ExcludeArch: ppc64 x86_64 s390 s390x ia64". No ExcludeArch without corresponding bug, so here it is ;-). Perhaps you should put a comment in the spec file why these architectures are excluded, just a thought.
Based on the date this bug was created, it appears to have been reported against rawhide during the development of a Fedora release that is no longer maintained.
