After a fresh Fedora 30 install:

$ rpm -q ghc-compiler
ghc-compiler-8.4.4-74.fc30.x86_64
$ sudo dnf install haskell-platform
Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides ghc = 8.2.2 needed by haskell-platform-2018.8.2.2-15.fc30.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

This also affects ghc-GLUT and ghc-OpenGL built from haskell-platform.
