Description of problem:
rxvt-unicode is not compiled with --enable-frills. This make is it impossible to 
use "URxvt.Keysym" option in .XResources among other things. I think the bloat -
-enable-frills introduces is so small that it could be enabled. URxvt.Keysym is 
useful.
