Following installation of a Red Hat Virtualization Host, the version number was not updated in the bootloader and in the terminal login screens. In this release, the new version number is displayed correctly.

Description of problem:
After installing RHVH 4.2.10(redhat-virtualization-host-4.2-20190518.0.el7_6.x86_64.liveimg.squashfs), the version displays wrong in the blow places.
1. Bootload entry of grub.
    rhvh-4.2.8.6-0.20190517.0

2. Login terminal page
    Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.2.8 (el7.6)
    Kernel 3.10.0-957.12.2.el7.x86_64 on an x86_64
   
    hp-dlxxxx-xx login:

3. imgbased
    [root@dhcp-xx-xx ~]# imgbase layout
    rhvh-4.2.8.6-0.20190517.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean install redhat-virtualization-host-4.2-20190518.0.el7_6.x86_64.liveimg.squashfs with kickstart file.
2. When boot into RHVH, check the version.


Actual results:
RHVH version displays wrong as Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.2.8 (el7.6) and rhvh-4.2.8.6-0.20190517.0

Expected results:
RHVH version should display right as Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.2.10 (el7.6) and rhvh-4.2.8.6-0.20190518.0


Additional info: 
The issue occurs with cockpit UI

Test Result:
1. RHVH version displays rightly as Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.2.10 (el7.6) and rhvh-4.2.10.0-0.20190521.0
2. Cockpit UI displays rightly
