+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1716330 +++

A new role for ComputeHCIOvSDpdk shall be created. this role shall have all the fields of ComputeHCI role with the below parameters added or modified

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.3.1-54.el7ost.  This build is available now.

I find that the package name is incorrect. The relevant fix is not seen in openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.3.1-54.el7ost but available in openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.3.1-55.el7ost
Moving it back to modified state.
