Description of problem: After tlp update from 1.1 to 1.2.{1,2} I noticed that config parameter RESTORE_DEVICE_STATE_ON_STARTUP=1 doesn't work anymore on my ThinkPad T480s running Fedora 30. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): tlp 1.2.{1,2}-1.fc30.noarch How reproducible: I turn off bluetooth from control panel. Them I reboot my system, and I see that bluetooth is enabled again. This thing worked fine on previous version (1.1) of tlp. Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: bluetooth is active Expected results: bluetooth is shut down Additional info: Upstream bug is https://github.com/linrunner/TLP/issues/404 and it supposed to be resolved in version 1.2.2 of tlp.
