Description of problem:

When you open cockpit the Directory Server plugin name in the vertical nav panel says "389 Directory Server", this needs to say "Red Hat Directory Server"

We need an alternate version of: 

    org.port389.cockpit_console.metainfo.xml

Then in the specfile we can swap it out like we do with the banner.html file or simply point to the "red hat" file.

Branding is correct on RHEL system, marking as VERIFIED.
