NetworkManager update rpm fails due to missing package in mirror.

Actual Results:  # rpm -Fvh NetworkManager*
error: Failed dependencies:
        dhcdbd is needed by NetworkManager-0.5.1-1.FC4.4.i386


Expected Results:  update.

Correction: rpm -Fvh is too stupid to see the dependency and install it.
