User story:

As an administrator, I want to deploy and configure an NFS cluster using director.   

Purpose of function:

Director now supports Cinder backup NFS profile to expand backup targets to Ceph, NFS and Swift. Similarly to glance and cinder, configuration of NFS storage backend for nova ensures that NFS instances will be launched on a shared NFS storage.
