Please fix suricata at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
suricata will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
suricata will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This is caused by linux kernel 5.2 headers moving some defines to linux/sockios.h. Last I heard, glibc was supposed to pick that up in sys/socket.h. But I guess its not there yet.
