Description of problem:
I just installed the update from wine-4.12.1-1.fc30 to wine-4.13-3.fc30.  Dnf complains:

failed to link /usr/lib64/wine/dxgi.dll.so -> /etc/alternatives/wine-dxgi(x86-64): /usr/lib64/wine/dxgi.dll.so exists and it is not a symlink
failed to link /usr/lib64/wine/d3d9.dll -> /etc/alternatives/wine-d3d9(x86-64): /usr/lib64/wine/d3d9.dll exists and it is not a symlink
failed to link /usr/lib64/wine/d3d10.dll -> /etc/alternatives/wine-d3d10(x86-64): /usr/lib64/wine/d3d10.dll exists and it is not a symlink
failed to link /usr/lib64/wine/d3d10_1.dll -> /etc/alternatives/wine-d3d10_1(x86-64): /usr/lib64/wine/d3d10_1.dll exists and it is not a symlink

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.
