Although lpd is running, printings accumulate in queue, until lpd is 
restarted. This helps until the queue of this printer becomes empty.

System boot message: Red Hat Linux release 6.2 (Zoot)
                     Kernel 2.2.14-5.0smp on a 2-processor i686

Hardware           : compaq proliant ml530

daemon status      :

system response : lpr: connect: Connection refused
                  jobs queued, but cannot start daemon.

command :         ./S60lpd restart
