Allow to include extra repository in the chroot.

e.g. the 'libtins' lib is contained in the network:utilities project:

https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=network%3Autilities&package=libtins

and it must be installed with:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:utilities/openSUSE_Leap_15.1/network:utilities.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libtins

Go to "your project" -> Settings, and set "External Repositories:" field.

I suppose you only want to add this to Suse repos, so go to:
"your project" -> Settings -> "Edit" button near chroot checkbox,
and fill the "Repos: " field.

We should rename the fields to have the same label across copr, but that
is different issue:
