Description of problem: I want to keep gtkwave installed, but remove gedit at the same time. At this moment gtkwave is a hard dependency even though it's only need for editing files through gtkwave which isn't really important feature. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gtkwave 3.3.101-2 How reproducible: Every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install gtkwave 2. Try to remove gedit without removing gtkwave Actual results: gtkwave gets removed when gedit is removed. Expected results: Gtkwave should install gedit when it gets installed, but not getting removed when gedit is removed. Additional info: I'm just a Fedora user but I've read the Fedora packaging guidelines and I think that the rpm package should have gedit as "Recommends: instead of "Requires:". I've done it myself with a custom package and gtkwave is functioning okay without gedit installed (except for the editing options).
