I am the maintainer currently of an unofficial lutris package for CentOS 7 on github. You can find me on Lutris official download page @jatin-cbs on github.
There are some dependencies like  Wine, Cabextract that are currently not in the EPEL or official repos if someone can package those for RHEL 8 it will be a great help. You can find the plan on github in case dependencies will not be satisfied with EPEL i.e wine and some common wine dependencies.

the only dependency now left is cabextract that we need for lutris.
