Actually, this looks more like a repo or libgit2 issue, re-assigning there for now. Not sure what to make of: - package libgit2-0.28.2-2.module_f31+5411+fa1856a4.x86_64 is excluded - package libgit2-0.28.2-3.fc31.x86_64 is excluded This is likely the source of the problem, you'll need at least one of these to proceed.
