Description of problem:
In rpm man page, --nosignature is listed in install options and verify options but not in query options.
However this options works with -q and really improves the speed (10 times faster here, see http://fasmz.org/~pterjan/blog/?date=20051208 )

Signatures checking on queries is disabled by default config in rpm-4.4.3 and later.
