Do you use X11 or Wayland Firefox version? 

Also can you try latest 69.0 build?

downgraded for now to firefox-69.0-9.fc30.x86_64
the 15 minutes i had 69.0.1 alo the idle cpu laod was very high

Sorry I don't understand. Is firefox-69.0-9.fc30.x86_64 better than 60.0.1 or not? Also can you look at "about:performance" page to see which page/addon consumes the CPU?

yes, that's why i downgraded because it need FF for production work now
