Description of problem:

After upgrading RHV-H from RHV-M, RHV-H releasever variable is set to 7RedHatVirtualizationHost which does not exist on CDN.

IIRC it has always been 7RedHatVirtualizationHost, no ?

That is also not what a working RHVH looks like. 

Only 2 channels should be enabled, for RHVH and the RHVH optional channel. Not build. Chen, can you post one?
