Description Paul Kennedy 2005-12-15 12:12:02 EST
Description of problem:

The Red Hat Cluster Suite admin guide (Red Hat Cluster Suite: Configuring and
Managing a Cluster) for Red Hat Cluster Suite 4 does not describe how to start
the configuration GUI (system-config-cluster) properly when using ssh.
When running system-config-cluster via ssh from a RHEL4 machine, the ssh session
must be initiated with the -Y option.

Example of trying to run system-config-cluster *without* using the -Y option
from a RHEL4 machine:

[pkennedy@pkennedy ~]$ ssh root@tng3-4
Last login: Thu Dec 15 05:29:39 2005 from dhcp80-203.msp.redhat.com
[root@tng3-4 ~]# system-config-cluster
Traceback (most recent call last):

line 37, in ?
