Description of problem:

perl-Time-ParseDate is a build dependency of perl-Astro-SuntTime package, which I maintain, but Perl-Time-ParseDate does not yet exist in EPEL8 repos.

Request the package maintainer build perl-Time-ParseDate for EPEL8, or grant me commit access to the epel8 branch so that I may do it.
