Description of problem:
After updating arts, Maelstrom won't start.  Attempting to start Maelstrom from a terminal window shows the following:
[fred@xxx ~]$ Maelstrom
Creating link /home/fred/.kde/socket-ruuttest.ml.ee.
can't create mcop directory
[fred@xxx ~]$

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
arts-1.5.0-0.1.fc4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Maelstrom from Fedora Extras
2. Upgrade to arts-1.5.0-0.1.fc4
3. Attempt to run Maelstrom
  

Actual Results:  Maelstrom doesn't start.

Expected Results:  Maelstrom starts as with arts-1.4.2-0.fc4.1.
