From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050923 Red Hat/1.7.12-1.1.3.2.SL3

However, the man page does not mention this at all:

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Comment 1 Bill Nottingham 2005-12-19 14:27:52 EST
This was fixed in chkconfig-1.3.14, and will be in the next major release of Red
Hat Enterprise Linux. With a goal of minimizing change for installed systems, it
is unlikely that this will be backported to prior versions of Red Hat Enterprise
Linux.
