Start page is always blank.

Please update it to 19.08.2.

Do you know that a version upgrade will fix this issue specifically?  (or just wishful thinking)?

I vaguely recall hearing of one other user with similar issue who saw this when restoring dolphin via session management. Disabling startup via session management fixed it for them.

I heared from other users that 19.08.2 fix this issue.

I can build it by myself or from your f32 build and test.

I am tested dolphin-19.08.2-2.fc31 from koji - problem solved.
