Description of problem:

The location of renderdoc_capture.json should be the following:
/usr/share/vulkan/implicit_layer.d/renderdoc_capture.json

However in the package it is located in:
/etc/vulkan/implicit_layer.d/renderdoc_capture.json

Indeed, I will address it while updating renderdoc to 1.5.
