Description of problem:
On a 6 node cluster with disperse volume as cold tier and replica (2X3) as hot tier. While IO is being carried out on the tiered volume, issued detach tier start and it is successful. detach status is showing files as failed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a 6 node cluster, created dispere volume and started
2. Started IO
3. Performed attach tier and it is successful.
4. Performed detach tier start and it is successful
5. Issued detach status

Actual results:
