When the update to 1.1.0 was pushed to Fedora 30, it also merged other unrelated changes from rawhide. One of them was the removal of python2-imagesize. Note that not only removing packages from a released Fedora is not allowed, it breaks python2-sphinx and hence a lot of the Python packages in Fedora 30 now cannot be rebuilt for a bugfix. Please reintroduce the python2-imagesize package in Fedora 30.
