Description of problem:
I attempted to update my rawhide system, using "yum update".
It failed:
Error: Missing Dependency: libnetsnmp.so.9 is needed by package kdeutils

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
installed are:
  net-snmp-libs 5.2.2 4.1
  kdeutils 3.5.0 2

update package causing trouble:
  net-snmp-libs.i386 0:5.3-1

I've sent an announce that all packages dependent on libnetsnmp need to be
rebuilt. Please do so.

Should be fine with kdeutils-3.5.0-3
