Description of problem:
Shutter fails to start, errs out with 
""glob" is not exported by the File::Glob module"

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install shutter
2. start shutter


Actual results:
""glob" is not exported by the File::Glob module"

Expected results:
application runs

This patch fixes the issue (tested)
