Before this update, a resize operation on a server from a swap to no-swap flavor caused the server to go into an `ERROR` state. With this update, the Compute service (nova) checks the original flavor and new flavor and updates the BDM record on resize. Users can successfully resize servers from a swap to no-swap flavor and vice versa.
