Description of problem:

There are unwanted heading '=' in _ALL_ mailbox in the sidebar after update mutt. For example, if you have a mailbox 'Trash', the name displayed in sidebar
will be "=Trash".

This regression introduced by mutt-1.13.0-1.fc30.x86_64. I had tested three build of mutt.

mutt-1.11.4-1.fc30.x86_64 good
mutt-1.12.1-3.fc30.x86_64 good
mutt-1.13.0-1.fc30.x86_64 bad
