This is a transient error, noted in the daily Raw Hide report (https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-devel-list/2006-January/msg01083.html). Try adding "--exclude=initscripts" to your command line to work around it.
This isn't a bug in yum, just normal distro churn.
