Description of problem:

Currently I am planning net-http-persistent to 3.1.0, while current Fedora version is 2.9.4. This requires updating rubygems-mirror to 1.3.0 which supports net-http-persistent 3.1.0, while current rubygems-mirror on Fedora is 1.2.0.

rubygem-rubygems-mirror-1.2.0-4.fc31


Expected results:
Please update rubygems-mirror to 1.3.0 on rawhide.

I may upgrade this package by myself next week.

I think it would be better to orphan (retire) this package.
