Description of problem:
Newly provisioned host is missing few values under 'Content Host Properties' and 'Networking'


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

@Satellite 6.7.0 snap 7,0

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provision a host using using PXE or i.e. compute resourse Libvirt.
2. Once , host shows status Installed. See at below 
3. Hosts => Content Hosts => click on same host

Actual results:

  Values under 
   1. 'Content Host Properties':
         Missing for : CPU, RAM
         Incorrect for: Virtual Guest

   2. 'Networking'
        Missing for: IPv4/6, Interfaces


Expected results:

 All values should populated once host show 'Installed' and 'Subscribed'

Additional info:

 - Noticed using Compute resource and with OS RHEL 8.2 Beta(Compose ID: RHEL-8.2.0-20191219.0), RHEL8.1 , RHEL7.7

Note: Workaround run '# subscription-manager facts --update' on host/vm
