Thows an ImportError exception in __init.py__ trying to import libexpat.so.0

1. install from rawhide of 2006-01-31

Actual Results:  ImportError exception

Expected Results:  normal install sequence

libexpat.so moved around on us (see rawhide daily report).  Fixed.
