Description of problem:

Using Fedora F31 with kernel 5.4.13-201 when I try to install freecad I get the following error:

# dnf install freecad

 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job

I am unable to find any "cpython" packages in the official fedora repositories.

Every time.
Fully updated F31 install, do dnf install freecad.
