BuildRequires dbus-devel needs >= 0.6

Attempting to rebuild the latest devel package on FC2 fails when dbus symbols
are not found. The BuildRequires should specify dbus-devel >= 0.6 to match the
changelog comment. Patch attached.

Fixes context for redhat_doc patch, used when building without dbus support.
This bug is now fixed with bind-9.3.2-4, now in tomorrow's rawhide; it now
builds OK both without D-BUS at all, and with D-BUS versions less than 0.6 .
There is also the SRPM for bind-9.3.2-1_EL4, which builds with D-BUS disabled
by default, and for which the redhat-doc patch was also regenerated, available

bind-9.3.1-16_FC4 has been pushed for FC4, which should resolve this issue. If these problems are still present in this version, then please make note of it in this bug report.
