Issue has received a NACK from PM, and has not had any information provided
after multiple requests have been made.

Closing issue due to inactivity, and setting resolution to INSUFFICIENT_DATA

This is HP's complaint:

We're seeing a lot of unnecessary screen refreshing (blanking for a split second
type events) on boxes with the ATI RN50 video controller.  This wasn't happening
with RHEL3U7.  Perhaps something is awry with this video driver?

I had them downgrade to 4.3.0-98 (from U7) and they said all was well.
