Description Jonathan Kamens 2006-02-06 15:58:54 EST
The attached program sets an itimer and then calls setutent and then
getutent. After setitimer, setutent and getutent, it calls getitimer to
display the currently set timer. After the call to setitimer and setutent,
the data returned by getitimer is correct. After the call to getutent, the
itimer has been cleared. An unfortunate and very bad side effect!

I'm using glibc and other packages from Raw Hide current as of February 14.

Probably a kernel bug, not a glibc bug. Fixed with current Raw Hide glibc and
kernel.
