TripleO has several THT parameters [1] that control whether an NFS or Netapp NFS cinder backend supports a Netapp feature known as "NAS secure." The feature is largely broken, and users that enable it encounter a number of problems (see [2]). TripleO disables the feature by default, but our docs should explicitly state the feature is not supported in OSP (see bug #1794581 comment #5).
