How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In qutebrowser, use the `:inspector` command
2. In Falkon: use tools > web inspector
3.

Actual results:
In Qutebrowser, a new blank window appears. Users on other platforms have confirmed that it works for them (on #qutebrowser).

In Falkon, a blank panel comes up in the bottom of the current window.

Uhm, I had to install the -devtools subpackage.

Sorry for the noise.
