Description of problem:
Missing RPMS during Install

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
FC5-Test3

How reproducible:
Install from cds installed onto a http server. Select Software Development. 
Machines halts with reboot prompt after missing sqllite-devel and a 2nd time 
netpbm-devel

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mount -o loop iso images and copy files to http server
2. install cd with linux text askmethod expert
3. choose http install
4. continue normally
5. package install fails with missing
- sqllite-devel
- netpbm-devel
  
Actual results:
Install Fails

Expected results:
Install Completes

Missing : 

netpbm-devel-10.31-4.i386.rpm
sqlite-devel-3.3.3-1.2.i386.rpm

Please rerun createrepo on your repository and try again.

createrepo -g Fedora/base/comps.xml .

Does that succeed?

Both those files should be on CD 5.  I just checked the source dir used to
create the isos and they are there.

CD 5 was not mounted into the correct dir when I copied the files to the http 
server. My apologies..
