Anything other than '-lwv2' is extraneous, and only adds linking bloat (at least
when not linking statically).

Take 2, previous patch was reversed.

While you're at it, a small addition to %configure to speed-up builds a bit: 
%configure --disable-warnings --disable-dependency-tracking
