Customers using ESP SKUs will see their Subscription threshold reported as 0 in the graph, which is misleading. This RFE is to request the threshold line be drawn at the top of the graph to indicate the reality that they have an unlimited consumption model.
Could you please re-check once as fix might be already in place ?
I'm sorry for the delay in my response. I don't have a way to check that this is already fixed, as I don't have access to view the graphs of a customer that is using an ESP SKU.
There currently is no immediate change based on this request. This would be considered an enhancement since the graph is currently working as intended. This request is up for our scheduled discussion as part of the next phase of GUI development.
This request is now within Jira, https://projects.engineering.redhat.com/browse/ENT-2476 After UI/UX discussion there are currently no plans to render the graph at the maximum y axis domain range when an "infinite", or "unlimited", value is present. That being said there are UI/UX issues/stories registered to improve the overall user experience by more clearly expressing "what is a subscription threshold". This includes... - enhancing the graph tooltips - and enhancing the graph legend These features are being planned for the next GUI/API release.
